How do I get started?
Simply choose your preferred package and complete the design questionnaire you'll receive after checkout. Once we have your completed form, we’ll begin working on your custom design!
How do I fill out the design questionnaire?
After purchasing a package, you’ll receive a downloadable design questionnaire via email. Simply fill it out with your preferences, photos, and measurements, then send it back to us to get started.
Can I contact you during the process?
Absolutely - we’re available via email at contact@tormeinteriors.com. We do not offer phone or text support at this time, but we’re quick to respond to email queries.
Do you only use UK-based retailers?
Not at all! While we’re based in the UK, we work with clients globally and always aim to source products from retailers local to you, or from stores that offer reliable international shipping. If you have a preferred store or need help sourcing alternatives, just let us know in your questionnaire.
Will I need to make all the purchases myself?
Yes - we provide a detailed, clickable shopping list so you can easily purchase the items when and where it suits you.
Can I request budget-friendly options?
Absolutely! The questionnaire includes space to note your preferred budget range, and we tailor the shopping list to suit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards through our secure online checkout.
Do you offer refunds?
Because our design work is custom and begins once your questionnaire is submitted, we cannot offer refunds. If you have any concerns during the process, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
What if I don’t like the design?
Your package includes revision rounds so we can fine-tune the design to your taste. We also encourage you to be as detailed as possible in your questionnaire to ensure we hit the mark from the start.
